We ship daily, All live animals are shipped by Airlines only. We ship World Wide. It should be noted that not every shipper is able to ship exotic animals.

It takes greater knowledge and experience to ship exotic animals than it does to transport only dogs and cats. Not only are the regulations and resulting paperwork far more complex, the logistics are far more complex, too. Exotic animals are unpredictable and potentially dangerous. Some require water, others require highly specialized crating. 

A transport company that focuses on family pets can probably handle your kid’s rabbit or ferret, too, but they simply are not equipped with the knowledge or physical capabilities required to ship exotic animals.

THE SHIPPING PROCESS?
A Specialist will first look to see where the closest airport is to ship your animal. (We only ship animals on airlines that implement a Pet Safe Program) After choosing an airport, we will begin coordinating all schedules and considerations. We will then book your flight and send you an email itinerary of all of the times, flights, schedules and pick up/Delivery location. Once all of the paperwork is filled out and your animal/pet is checked in at the airport, you will receive an email and/or phone call letting you know how everything is going. During the day of the flight, we will continually be updating you on the progress of the flight schedules until your pet arrives safely in your arms.

THE SHIPPING PROCESS?
*Your pet will arrive in a brand new airline approved cage/crate with absorbent bedding and a food & water dish.

*All animals are flown in the under portion part of the aircraft which is a safe temperature controlled environment.

*The price will cover all expenses except for an updated health certificate. (This would be paid by the purchaser and/or the breeder).

*Any fees owed because of flight cancellations will be the responsibility of the individual who receives the bird.

We will coordinate flight times with our customer hours/days in advance before the animal is being shipped (weather permitting). The customer is supplied with the airline, flight number(s), air waybill number, and flight arrival time prior to departure.

It is recommended that the customer stays at home 30 mins before delivery time to wait and receive animal and equally sign, confirm with every details.

We will contact our customer once again on the day of shipment before the animal departure from our Farm/shop. A return call, text or e-mail to exotic animal shop letting us know that the animal(s) arrived safely is greatly appreciated.

We have a 72 hour limit of notification, after deliver of animal, of any death at the point of delivery, specified on the order. Immediate inspection is necessary to insure damage didn’t occur during shipping and the animals are alive at delivery. We will replace the dead animal or refund the cost of the animal on time, but not the shipping cost.
